Seller’s published refund conditions

Returns can include opened or unopened products; the seller requires a postmark no later than 60 days after delivery. Obtain its RMA authorization and include that reference in your return.

The policy limits refunds to one order for each customer, with an exception for defective goods. Repeated claims or suspected bad-faith requests may be declined.

Shipping and handling are normally excluded from refunds unless an exception applies. For fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the policy provides for reimbursement of those charges as well.

The seller requests your complete name and delivery address. Missing or inaccurate details can slow processing. After approval, processing can take five business days; your bank may need another five business days to show the credit.

How to request a return

Use the seller’s contact details in your purchase confirmation or receipt to request return authorization and current shipping instructions. Confirm eligibility and the return destination before mailing a product, and keep your postage receipt.

Send order-identifying information to the seller through its support channels. Do not send your product to this website or to an address you have not confirmed with the seller.
